MyCU provides access to your CU accounts - anytime, anywhere, as long as you have availability to the Internet.

On August 2nd, MyCU got a new look and more features! You can now:

  • View pending direct deposits
  • View pending withdrawals
  • Create customized searches
  • View available credit on your HELOC
  • View minimum loan payments due
  • Access to more loan and savings detail like dividends year-to-date
  • See the difference between your balance and available funds (holds)
  • Have multiple tabs open at the same time
  • Customize your account descriptions - name your accounts whatever you want - i.e. Jane's vacation club, or Tom's corvette loan
  • And so much more!
And you'll still have the basic features such as the ability to:
  • View account balances
  • Review account history
  • Check up-to-the-minute account transactions
  • View images of checks you've written that have cleared
  • See your direct deposits post
  • Make loan payments
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Use FREE BillPay
  • And MORE!

The questions we're hearing most right now are:

What is the Phrase that it wants me to enter?
This is a privacy phrase - added security to your account. When you log in for the first time you'll enter a phrase (anything you want). The next time you log in, the phrase you entered will display right above where you enter your password. If it matches, you're good to log in. If it does not - then do not enter your password - call the credit union immediately.

Do I use the same password?
Yes, you'll use the same password you've been using.

I click on Bill Pay and nothing happens - why?
You may have blocked pop-ups. When you select Bill Pay, it opens a new window. Many computers block pop-ups as a security feature. You will likely see a yellow bar across the top of your screen indicating pop-ups are blocked. Simply click on the bar and set it to Always Allow Pop Ups From This Site.
