First Mortgage
We offer first mortgage loans up to 15 years with a fixed rate. Appraisal, attorney and other fees may apply to your first mortgage loan. First mortgage loans have a 1% origination fee and we will loan up to 90% of your appraisal or tax assessment.

Home Equity Loan
5 and 10-year loans are available with a fixed loan rate. Appraisal, attorney and other fees may apply to your Home Equity loan. There are no origination fees associated with these loans and we loan up to 90% of your appraisal or tax assessment minus the current amount owed on the property.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
We'll even pay your closing costs* with a minimum advance of $10,000, for all new HELOCs.  Use your recent appraisal or tax assessment and borrow up to 90% of the market value of your home minus the current amount owed on the property.  Plus, you'll receive FREE HELOC checks so you can access your line of credit when it's convenient for you.

*Excluding appraisals.  HELOC must carry a balance for at least 24 months or closing costs will be refunded to RPEFCU.

Unimproved Property
We offer 10-year mortgages with a fixed loan rate. Appraisal, attorney and other fees may apply to your Unimproved Property loan. There is a 1% origination fee associated with Unimproved Property loans. We loan up to 80% of your appraisal or tax assessment.
